Sevelyn Crosby, PhD
Author
Sevelyn Crosby holds a doctorate in Positive Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University. She is an organizational development consultant, educator, and author with a passion for helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. Drawing on her background in research and organizational psychology, Sevelyn specializes in leadership development, talent strategy, and building positive, thriving workplace cultures.
Delia Bani-Shoraka
Marketing Coordinator
Delia Bani earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and her Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University. She currently works at Kaiser Permanente, where she applies her knowledge of organizational behavior to support positive and effective workplace environments. Delia is passionate about fostering healthy organizational cultures that encourage employee engagement, collaboration, and professional growth. Her interests include employee motivation, leadership development, team dynamics, and organizational diversity and inclusion.
Blake Beckmann, MA

Blake Beckmann is an advanced doctoral student in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods at Claremont Graduate University. Before pursuing his PhD, Blake spent almost 20 years as a touring musician and songwriter. He is from Ventura County, California and has been drawing and painting his whole life.
Sophia Kerner
Marketing Coordinator
Sophia graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a minor in Honors Interdisciplinary Studies. She is passionate about understanding human behavior and exploring ways to create positive, supportive, and engaging workplace environments. Sophia is particularly interested in employee well-being, organizational development, and strategies that help individuals and teams thrive. She finds fulfillment in meaningful work that makes a positive impact on her community and is committed to continuous learning, personal growth, and applying her knowledge in ways that benefit others.
Amelia Do, MS

Content Marketing Manager
Amelia Do attended the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Master’s program at CSU, San Bernardino. She has worked in organizational development, human resources, and employee relations. Amelia is interested in organizational culture and the role of support in employee work related outcomes. Based in Southern California, she enjoys spending time with her partner and their dog.
