Meet The Team
Sevelyn Crosby, PhD
Sevelyn Crosby has her doctorate in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University. She is currently the Senior Manager of People Strategy at Blue Shield of California. Sevelyn is passionate about helping organizations use evidence-based practices to improve their organizational culture, employee retention, and productivity. She is particularly interested in leadership, team work, skill development, and proactivity at work.
Blake Beckmann, MA
Blake Beckmann is an advanced doctoral student in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods at Claremont Graduate University. Before pursuing his PhD, Blake spent almost 15 years as a touring musician and songwriter. He is from Ventura County, California and has been drawing and painting his whole life.
Amelia Do, MS
Content Marketing Manager
Amelia Do attended the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Master’s program at CSU, San Bernardino. She has worked in organizational development, human resources, and employee relations. Amelia is interested in organizational culture and the role of support in employee work related outcomes. Based in Northern California, she enjoys spending time with her partner and their dog.
Karina Rodriguez is a graduate student pursuing a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at California State University-San Bernardino. Her goal is to provide evidence-based practice for organizations on the selection and training of employees. Her research interests are in employee retention and work-stress in jobs related to public safety. In her spare time, she loves to participate in outdoor activities, learning new skills, photography, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
